Unique, Custom Products
Many of the products offered to you through the Outdoorsman’s Country online store, are extremely unique, and many times custom hand made products. Given the high quality, unique nature of these products, Outdoorsman’s Country does not allow returns or refunds on these specific items unless the wrong item has been shipped to you. All items are guaranteed to be in mint condition when shipped by Outdoorsman’s Country. We take great care when packaging our shippments to ensure products arrive in the condition they were when shipped. We are pleased to report that shipping damage seldom occurs. However, if any Outdoorsman’s Country item is damaged in transit, we will help the buyer file an insurance claim with the shipping service. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that this service becomes necessary.

Returns or Refunds for any other products and services, which do not meet the definition of “Unique, Custom Products” as outlined above, will be handled on a case by case basis in Outdoorsman’s Country sole and exclusive discretion. In no event, will refunds or returns be given for any product or service purchased more than 60 days prior to the date of request.
